How to Fix Duo Camera Not Working on Mac

Check Duo Camera Permissions
- Navigate to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab.
- Select Camera from the sidebar.
- Make sure that Duo is checked in the list of apps that have permission to access your camera.

Restart Duo
- Quit Duo completely.
- Relaunch Duo and check if the camera is working now.

Check Duo Camera Settings
- Open Duo and go to Duo > Preferences.
- Select the Video tab.
- Check if the preferred camera is selected from the Camera drop-down menu.

Update Duo
- Check for updates by going to Duo > Check for Updates.
- If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.

Reset Duo's Camera Settings
- Open Terminal.
- Run the following command: "defaults delete com.duolink.client prefs".
- Restart Duo and check if the camera is functioning again.

Restart Your Mac
- Click on the Apple menu and select Restart.
- Once your Mac restarts, launch Duo and check if the camera is working.
