How to Fix Viber Camera Not Working on Mac
Check Camera Permissions
Navigate to 'System Preferences' on your Mac.
Select 'Security & Privacy', then choose the 'Privacy' tab.
Click on 'Camera' from the sidebar.
Ensure that the checkbox next to 'Viber' is ticked.
Open the App Store on your Mac.
Click on the 'Updates' tab.
If an update is available for Viber, click 'Update'.
Quit Viber by selecting 'Quit Viber' from the menu bar.
Wait a few seconds, then relaunch Viber.
Check Camera Settings in Viber
Open Viber and click on the 'Preferences' icon.
Select 'Video' from the left-hand menu.
In the 'Camera' dropdown, choose the camera you want to use.
Reset Viber Settings
Open 'Finder' and navigate to the following directory: ~/Library/Application Support/Viber/
Drag the 'viber.db' file to the Trash.
Drag the Viber application from the 'Applications' folder to the Trash.
Empty the Trash.
Download the latest version of Viber for Mac from the official website.
Install Viber and sign in with your account.
Adjust your webcam settings for better video quality during the test.
